Retail Sales Advisor

Fitshop UK are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Advisor tosupport the manager in achieving targets, delivering great customer service and supporting the day to day running of the Camberley store.

We believe it is important to provide quality support forour Customers. We need our Retail Sales team to be confident, polite andpersonable individuals with outstanding communication skills to providea first class Customer journey in store (and on the telephone when appropriate).

• 30 days per annum paid holiday (pro rata for part time; inclusive of bank holidayallowance)

• Work with the store manager and assistant manager to replenish stock, visual merchandising and ensuring stock remains clean and well presented
• When trained, comply with the cash handling requirements and cash reconciliation and banking procedures
• Supportby bringing ideas and implementing footfall driving activities such asdemonstrations, price promotions and any other marketing activity
• Maintain a safe environment on the shop floor for the team and customers
• When trained, be a key holder for the store and adhere to security and safety requirements
• Continuouspersonal improvement; constantly striving to grow and develop self andteam; deliver and support with any relevant training, preparation ofmanuals etc.
