We’re recruiting a Sales Consultant to join a close-knit, high-energy insurance team based in Maidstone. If you love talking to people, converting warm leads, and being rewarded for performance, this one’s for you What You’ll Be Doing Engaging with customers who’ve already shown interest through digital campaigns, emails and aggregator enquiries Converting enquiries into compliant insurance sales Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy changes Creating tailored insurance quotations and following up to close deals Working closely with insurers and internal stakeholders Having real input into marketing activity and customer engagement strategies No cold calling, you’ll be working with warm leads only!

What We’re Looking For Experience in regulated financial services (insurance, brokerage, contact centre or insurer preferred) Confident communicator with great spoken & written English Detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Enthusiastic, engaging and performance-focused Flexible team player who thrives in a small, growing business Full training and ongoing FCA regulatory support will be provided What’s In It For You?
