Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for building strong relationships and closing deals withB2B customers? This is your chance to join aleading FMCG importer and distributorof popular food and drink brands, where you’ll play a key role in growing revenue by managing inbound and outbound calls with business clients.

This isn’t just a sales role – it’s an opportunity to become thego-to partner for wholesale, retail, and hospitality customers. You’ll take orders, upsell, cross-sell, and maximize revenue with every call. Whether it’s abusy retailer restocking shelvesor awholesaler placing a bulk order, you’ll make sure they get exactly what they need.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound calls withB2B clients– from wholesalers to retailers and food service businesses
Taking and processing orders while identifying opportunities toupsell, cross-sell, and add value
Proactively reaching out to dormant accounts toreignite relationships and boost sales
Planning and managing your call schedule to keep the sales pipeline strong and consistent
Offering promotions and tailored solutions that align with client needs
Collaborating with internal teams toensure seamless order fulfillment and top-notch service
Keeping accurate records of orders, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience inB2B sales, telesales, or call-to-order environments(FMCG or food sector experience a big plus)
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a natural ability tobuild rapport and deliver solutions
Target-driven, resilient, and always ready topick up the phone and make things happen
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and maintainingexcellent customer service
