A leading independent estate agency in Camberley is looking for an outgoing, relationship‑driven Sales Negotiator to join their high‑performing team. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment with an excellent existing pipeline and a collaborative commission structure.

• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Conduct viewings and handle enquiries
• Match buyers to suitable properties and generate offers
• Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales process
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly
• Contribute positively to a close‑knit team culture

• Previous estate agency or sales negotiation experience
• Full UK driving licence and your own car
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Positive, proactive approach and ability to multitask
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping buyers
