Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Negotiator with some previous experience looking for your next step in estate agency? Join a friendly team in Camberley, where you can develop your property career and play an important role in successful sales.

You’ll be working in a busy residential sales environment, building relationships with buyers and sellers, arranging viewings and negotiating offers.

This role would suit someone who is already in the industry with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in property, but who is keen to take a step forward in their career.

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
• Following up with applicants, vendors and potential buyers to maintain engagement
• Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients
• Supporting sales progression and keeping clients updated throughout the process

• Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work towards targets
• Well organised, with good time management skills
• Positive, enthusiastic and keen to learn
