Location:
Camberley area Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic (depending on experience) OTE: £50,000 Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (plus only the occasional short day on a Saturday) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Camberley area. This is an ideal role for a confident and experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator.
The Ideal Candidate At least 2 years experience in the UK residential sales industry is essential Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency Strong negotiation and communication skills A proactive, motivated and target-driven approach Professional, organised and customer focused Ability to build lasting relationships with clients Full UK driving licence with own car Experience in conducting market appraisals preferred but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Valuer or Senior Sales negotiator looking to join a respected estate agency that offers a friendly working environment and excellent earning potential.
