Social Worker - Adult Mental Health

Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Adult Mental Health team. This role will last 3 months initially and is paid at £34 umbrella. One day per week in the office. The role will involve the following:
Assessments under the Care Act Care planning and support Safeguarding Multi agency working Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity work Complete Best Interest Decisions Residential reviews Covering team duty Eligibility assessments Hosp discharge S117 meetings Strength based assessments Please let me know if you are interested? Qualified Social Worker Fully Social Work England registered Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care Ideal candidate will have some experience of working with adults with mental health conditions Please contact me asap to discuss in more detail.
