Troon | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Salary DoE We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's finance team in Troon on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual with purchase ledger experience to join a busy finance function.

Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently. Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure correct coding and authorisation. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries. Maintain accurate supplier accounts and financial records. Assist with payment runs, month-end procedures and audit requirements. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure financial procedures and controls are followed.

About You Previous purchase ledger or accounts payable experience. Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a professional approach.
