Cornwall Council is seeking a Customer Service Adviser (Revenues) to be the first point of contact for customers regarding Council Tax and Business Rates. You will provide advice, process requests, and liaise with internal and partner teams to achieve effective outcomes.
This is a public-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with full training provided including revenues knowledge.
