Are you a passionate, experienced leader looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day running of a welcoming residential home in Camborne.

As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality support.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and all relevant legislation.
Oversee care planning, risk management, and audits to maintain excellent standards of care.
Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and resources effectively.
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
Foster a positive, supportive culture where both residents and staff thrive.

About You:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready to step up).
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and experience of successful inspections.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
