Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall is seeking a highly motivated community clinician for a 12-month secondment or fixed-term contract, Grade Band 7, 37.5 hours per week.
Based in Central Integrated Care (ICA) with supervision by the Clinical Lead for frailty and ageing well, you will deliver education, coaching and leadership to preceptees and clinical teams.
Flexible working options may be considered as we embed the ageing well programme across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
