The Brookes Recruitment Group is recruiting Support Workers for three closely located supported‑living services in Camborne. The services support adults with learning disabilities, mental ill‑health and complex needs. The focus is on helping each person maintain or develop their independence while receiving support tailored to their individual needs.

• Providing respectful, person‑centred support
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Supporting people with everyday tasks and routines
• Helping individuals access activities and the local community
• Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
• Supporting people with appointments, education or employment
• Completing accurate records and contributing to effective handovers
• Maintaining dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times

• Compassionate, patient and reliable
• Committed to providing person‑centred support
• Comfortable supporting adults with a range of needs
• Able to communicate clearly with individuals, colleagues and families
• Available for full‑time hours across day or night shifts
• Able to work professionally as part of a wider support team
• Experience with in supported living, mental health, learning disabilities or complex‑needs services is beneficial
