Salutem Care and Education is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to lead shifts and support delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will mentor Support Workers, guide safety and care plans, and ensure wellbeing for individuals in our residential services across England and Wales.
You’ll oversee risk assessments, nutrition, consent, and daily living needs while maintaining regulatory compliance and a positive, inclusive culture.
