Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Dietitian to join the Integrated Community Stroke Service (ICSS) across Cornwall. This role supports stroke survivors in the community, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced nutrition care and training opportunities.
The post offers a Band 5-6 development pathway, with part-time hours (30 pw) and opportunities to travel between bases, contributing to service development and CPD within the Dietetics Department.
