We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young adult male client with a learning disability within his home environment.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his daily life while working closely and collaboratively with his family to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The position involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting personal care needs, promoting independence wherever possible, and ensuring the client's comfort, dignity, and overall well-being always.
The role also requires supporting with nutritional needs and medications administered via his gastrostomy port, as well as providing oxygen therapy to maintain his oxygen saturations.
