We are looking for a dynamic, confident and imaginative Practice Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our next chapter of growth. This is a rare opportunity to influence a Practice that embraces new ideas, values creativity and encourages its managers to shape how primary care can and should look in the future.

You will take the helm of our business development, operational, HR, financial and governance functions, guiding a talented multidisciplinary team and working closely with the partners on strategic development. No two days are the same here and we like it that way.

We care for a list of around 9,000 patients, supported by a well‑established management team including two deputies, HR, Finance and Dispensary managers.
