Must have experience predominately in sales, as a Negotiator.
About the RoleAn exciting opportunity to join our thriving Camborne team supporting a large and varied portfolio of residential sales and rental properties across the South Cornwall area. This role offers variety and the chance to make a genuine difference.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our sales applicants, landlords, tenants and internal teams. You will provide clear guidance, confident communication, and an exceptional service from start to finish.
Compliance plays a key part in this role; you will help ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential sales and lettings legislation. Working with a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you will deliver a smooth, positive experience to every client – consistently aiming not only to meet expectations but to exceed them.
This is a fast‑paced, rewarding, full‑time position ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritize effectively and remain calm under pressure.
HoursFull‑time: 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays, plus Saturday on a rota system.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a dynamic, confident and motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
Whilst we are looking to employ someone with sales AND letting experience, the day‑to‑day role is expected to be 80% sales, 20% lettings.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring- Previous residential sales and lettings experience

- Excellent administrative and typing skills, with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- Confidence under pressure and strong problem‑solving abilities

- Strong MS Office skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
