This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. You will be working 5 days per week, on a rolling 4 week rota, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm. This role will be based at our Stoke House service in Penryn. Please note, this role will involve lone working.

About The CandidateTo be successful in your application for the role of Support Worker, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role and the following role specific skills and experience:
- Have an understanding of support needs and support planning.
- Have experience of risk assessing and risk management.
- Be a great communicator with the ability to build rapport.
- Have accurate record keeping and computer skills.
