Take on a fulfilling role as a Volunteer Mentor with Futurpreneur and make a meaningful difference in the Canadian entrepreneurial landscape. Help guide youth aged 18-39 in building their businesses.

As part of Futurpreneur's mission, you're invited to become a mentor and foster success through a structured, supportive relationship with young entrepreneurs. Mentors commit 2-4 hours monthly over two years, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical insights to navigate the complexities of starting a business together. Your leadership experience can help shape the future of aspiring entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful connections with mentees

• Encourage goal-setting and provide progress updates

• Share expertise and actionable guidance

• Model professionalism and respect confidentiality

• Facilitate a positive mentorship experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management

• Strong familiarity with the Canadian business ecosystem

• 10+ years in a professional leadership capacity

• Residency in Canada required

• No conflicts of interest allowed
