Responsibilities
Manage daily full-cycle bookkeeping transactions using Quick Books software.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and efficiently.
Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions against ledger balances.
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for the duration of the project.
Assist the management team with ad-hoc financial reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a dedicated Bookkeeper role.
Proven proficiency and recent practical experience using Quick Books accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Immediate availability to commit to the full duration of this 3-week contract.
