Position Overview
Working closely with the company’s CFO, our Accountant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting and reconciliations. This role helps ensure timely and accurate management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions that support the financial health of the business.
The position works closely with many cross-functional departments to ensure accurate tracking of expenses, invoices, and financial documentation while supporting efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and assisting in the generation of financial statements and other reports for management review
Perform data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making
Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with company policies
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Collaborate with CFO and other departments to streamline accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with audits, documentation, administration, and internal controls as needed
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment
College diploma in Accounting or Finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
