Key Responsibilities:

• Process month-end journal entries in Sage

• Generate and manage project customer invoices

• Collaborate with project managers for invoice approvals

• Oversee cash applications and cheque deposits

• Maintain corporate credit card programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting

• 2 years of relevant accounts receivable experience

• Familiarity with Sage 50 Accounting Software is a plus

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
