Graham Mathew, a public accounting firm in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a detail-oriented Engagement Processor. This full-time position focuses on managing year-end financial reporting files with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Experience with Caseware, iFirm Taxprep, and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Caseware and iFirm Taxprep packages

• Maintain integrity of Caseview financial statements

• Input client trial balance data accurately

• Print final financial statements for clients

• Manage database and roll forward data

Requirements:

• Background in administration with Caseware/iFirm preferred

• Adaptability to new accounting software

• Familiarity with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
