Manufacturing Accounting Manager

Position: Manufacturing Accounting Manager Role
Lead the accounting department at Daltec Process Fans in Cambridge, Ontario, as a Manufacturing Accounting Manager. Drive financial reporting, manage payroll, and optimize accounting processes within a thriving manufacturing environment.

This important role oversees month-end close, prepares critical financial reports, and ensures compliance with all governmental financial obligations. You will be instrumental in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and improvements in manufacturing accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close processes and account reconciliations

• Prepare monthly financial management reports and commentary

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and receivable actions

• Support job costing and inventory accounting functions

• Facilitate audits and comply with government reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field

• Minimum five years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of manufacturing costing principles

• Excellent analytic and communication skills
