This Accounts Payable Specialist manages the complete AP cycle, from invoice receipt through payment processing. The position requires experience with full-cycle accounts payable and invoice processing. Accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and communication support reliable financial records and vendor relationships.

• Process and match vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors about invoices and outstanding balances
• Manage invoice receipt through payment processing
• Assist with month-end closing and AP reporting

• Experience in full-cycle accounts payable and invoice processing
• Knowledge of invoice matching and account reconciliations
