Service Advisor - Cambridge Hyundai

Salary: CA $55,000.00 – CA $65,000.00 per year (based on skills and experience; commission based)
Responsibilities- Estimate the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
- Welcome customers and discuss their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
- Connect customers to the right auto technician.
- Test‑drive vehicles to confirm the customer’s vehicle is repaired as needed.
- Maintain automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions.
- Minimum of 2‑year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Automotive knowledge.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with many priorities.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not.
- Organization and follow‑up skills.
