In this rewarding position, you will manage service orders, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth operations at the front counter. Protreadz Tirecraft is looking for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a knack for problem-solving to deliver superior service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage work orders for every transaction
• Handle all service calls and effectively dispatch Technicians
• Ensure all invoicing is completed after service
• Assist clients at the counter and via phone lines
• Track service activities to meet timeliness standards
Requirements:
• Previous leadership experience necessary
• Experience in tire or automotive industries preferred
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Basic tire and mechanical knowledge
• Exceptional communication abilities, verbal and written
