At NAPA, our Auto Parts Division is seeking an In-Store Automotive Parts Advisor to deliver exemplary service in person and over the phone. You will help customers with parts inquiries, manage order placements, and provide expert recommendations as they navigate through their vehicle needs. Building strong customer relationships is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-depth parts advice to customers
• Handle orders and follow up effectively
• Share product expertise and make recommendations
• Establish and nurture customer relationships

Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
