Position: Electric Vehicle Service Technician Role

As a regional technician, you'll be responsible for repair and support of Orange EV vehicles. This role includes diagnosing issues, collaborating with various stakeholders, and utilizing our advanced Remote Monitoring System. Your contribution will enhance vehicle performance and customer experience through thorough monitoring and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicle issues using systematic approaches

• Represent Orange EV in all communications professionally

• Collaborate with clients and service providers for effective solutions

• Record service data accurately in specified systems

• Provide training and support for customers and third-party services

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; preferred technical degree

• Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive experience

• Certification in 310T Truck and Coach or 421A Heavy Duty Equipment

• Intermediate MS Office proficiency

• Physical ability for lifting and maneuvering under vehicles
