Gather requirements from subject matter experts to create reports needed for all Operations departmentsWork with department leaders to identify opportunities for improvementCreate and maintain regular reporting, weekly, monthly and quarterly for business needsOrganize and provide data in formats that are usable for teams and leaders to effect change and improve their businessInterface directly with internal department leaders to provide exceptional communication and supportAssist with identifying and solving data gaps and inaccuraciesContinuous improvement on reporting tools to evolve into automation and leader direct access to reporting when necessaryRegular involvement in system integration planning and logistics to provide input for data and reporting needsWork with leaders to clearly define KPIs and ensure that reporting is properly correlated to established goalsSkills & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred; equivalent experience may be acceptedEXPERIENCE:
3-5 years’ as a Data Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem solving skillsPositive attitude and solutions oriented thinkingMust be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic teamStrong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent follow up skills requiredExperience with accounting systems or financial reporting is highly desirableAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionProficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Power Point Tableau proficiency strongly desiredKnowledge of Sales Force preferredKnowledge of JIRA PreferredStrong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience collaborating with remote teams preferredExperience with in real estate or real estate brokerages preferredOccasional travel may be required (US and Canada)KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
