The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, from safety compliance to project timeline management. This role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment, encouraging continuous improvement and problem-solving among team members. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding project scope and maintaining Milestone's commitment to environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous training in line with MECI standards
• Communicate vital safety regulations to teams
• Understand and review project contracts and specifications
• Develop site-specific strategies for project execution
• Update project schedules regularly to reflect changes
Requirements:
• Must have experience in a Superintendent capacity
• Environmental or Civil background beneficial
• Heavy equipment operation experience required
• Basics of Supervisor Training certificate needed
• CPR Level C certification mandatory
