This newly created role requires a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of estimating experience in infrastructure projects. You'll prepare and verify detailed cost estimates, help update databases, and support the contracting process post-award. Engage in teamwork to deliver high-quality estimates that benefit the organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate estimates for heavy civil infrastructure projects

• Conduct quantity take-offs and manage sub-trade selections

• Maintain the contacts and construction cost databases

• Provide estimating support to ensure deadlines are met

• Work alongside site teams on contract changes

Requirements:

• 7 years of estimating experience in infrastructure

• Ability to interpret construction drawings effectively

• Proficient in proposal communication

• Experience with project management software
