This full-time, permanent position is for candidates with a strong background in estimating for General Contractors or Construction Management firms. You will work on projects ranging from $10M to $100M, including tenant improvements and institutional builds. Join a leadership-focused team that values collaboration and strong relationships both within the team and with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates for complex renovations and institutional builds
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including owners and trades
• Maintain strong relationships within the subtrade community
• Utilize estimating software and Microsoft Office for accurate bidding
• Support a collaborative environment to win and execute projects
Requirements:
• Proven estimating experience in the ICI space
• Strong communication skills for clear explanations
• Familiarity with various project delivery methods
• Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
• Eligible to work in Canada
