Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards
• Assist in project setup and baseline budgeting
• Liaise with external groups for project reporting
• Create and maintain project status and forecast reports
• Conduct variance analysis and propose corrective actions
Requirements:
• 3-7 years of cost control experience
• Degree in Quantitative, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Experience in construction or industrial projects
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
