This permanent role allows you to leverage your estimating experience at an established firm engaged in projects up to $100M. You will work alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment, emphasizing relationships with stakeholders, trades, and clients. Your contributions will drive larger pursuits in a busy market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate project requirements and prepare estimates
• Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the estimating process
• Develop and maintain relationships in the subtrade community
• Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software effectively
• Participate in project delivery method discussions
Requirements:
• Estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Background in tenant improvements and light industrial projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with various estimating software tools
• Motivated with a competitive edge in workload management
