Senior Project Manager in ICI Construction

Our client is seeking an experienced professional for multiple ICI projects delivered through CCDC 14 Design-Build and CCDC 5B Construction Management contracts. You will oversee projects from early planning to closeout, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

This role offers potential advancement into a Director-level position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple ICI construction projects from planning to completion

• Manage CCDC 14 and CCDC 5B contract deliverables

• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors

• Oversee project budgets and financial performance

• Monitor progress, manage RFIs, and facilitate meetings

Requirements:

• Significant ICI project management experience in Ontario

• Strong background in Design-Build and Construction Management

• Familiar with CCDC contracts, especially CCDC 14/5B

• Proven lifecycle project management abilities

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline
