Ideal candidates should possess over three years of B2B customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for managing sales orders, customer accounts, and pricing issues, all while maintaining effective communication under pressure. Your ability to navigate ERP systems like SAP will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely processing of sales orders
• Assist in building and maintaining customer accounts
• Administer customer pricing data
• Resolve pricing discrepancies with customers
• Handle return authorizations and credit requests
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a B2B customer service role
• Strong verbal and written French skills preferred
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• Experience with Ariba is a plus
