Your role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the freight transit process. By booking appointments and troubleshooting issues, you will collaborate with various internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate email interactions with customers and internal staff
• Coordinate booking and scheduling of deliveries
• Provide timely notifications about delivery status
• Troubleshoot and manage rescheduling of loads
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and special requirements
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service experience in a corporate setting
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred
• Transportation industry knowledge is an asset
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer skills and communication
