As a Customer Service Consultant, you will welcome customers and ensure their needs are met through effective problem-solving and support. This role requires excellent phone skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining high operational standards. You will actively promote alteration and personalization services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly in various communication channels
• Manage customer flow using all systems effectively
• Address and resolve customer concerns confidently
• Promote alteration services and create long-term relationships
• Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain store standards and dress code
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
