Position: Field Team Lead for Canvassing
Lead a dynamic team of canvassers with OSL in Cambridge, ON for an engaging 15-week contract. This position combines team motivation, public outreach, and outdoor work to achieve your objectives.

As a Field Team Lead, your role will support 3-4 canvassers in engaging potential voters. With a strong commitment to excellence, you will oversee daily operations, ensure objectives are met, and report accurately. Ideal candidates should be comfortable in diverse weather conditions and possess strong public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of canvassers during public outreach

• Represent the client as a professional ambassador

• Train team members to engage effectively with the public

• Submit daily and weekly reports through online portals

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Strong public speaking and team motivational skills

• Experience in leadership or team management

• Ability to travel between assigned areas using a vehicle

• Available for a 15-week contract
