In this position at our Cambridge office, you will provide exceptional customer support, managing queries via phone, email, and live chat. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will help you deliver excellent service while logging calls accurately and assisting with customer training on products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding support to customers daily
• Handle queries via phone, email, and live chat
• Log all calls accurately in the system
• Conduct customer training on relevant products
• Monitor and report any issues to management
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, or Polish
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Flexibility to carry out additional tasks as required
