As a Bilingual Customer Advisor, you'll engage with clients daily, providing top-notch customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
Your role will include logging calls, conducting product training, and reporting issues as they arise for seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer support across all platforms
• Manage incoming queries via phone, email, and chat
• Log calls accurately for efficient service tracking
• Train customers on product usage and features
• Monitor and document any service issues for resolution
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian, German, or Polish
• Beneficial experience in the customer service sector
• Great communication and IT skills
• High attention to detail with a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
