Position: Arrow Customer Service Temporary Role
Join Arrow Engineered Products in Cambridge, ON as a Temporary Customer Service Administrator. Focus on managing purchase orders and streamlining customer service processes efficiently.

This full-time on-site position is a temporary contract lasting about 12 months. As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders, providing administrative support, and maintaining customer databases.

Your role will directly influence customer satisfaction and order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for all Purchase Orders

• Verify PO accuracy and enter data into Visual Manufacturing

• Assist the customer service team with various tasks

• Handle coordination for shipment schedules

• Maintain and update customer records continuously

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Visual Manufacturing

Preferred education:

high school diploma or relevant degree
