Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, online, and in person
• Convert leads into rentals through relationship building
• Complete rental agreements and necessary documentation
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety standards
• Process daily business reconciliations and payments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs as needed
