As Gore Mutual's Claims Concierge, you will be at the forefront of customer service, assisting clients and supporting brokers. This role emphasizes communication and empathy while you navigate the claims process. Your contributions will help us maintain a service model that prioritizes client needs and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from customers and third parties

• Record first notice of loss and direct claims processing

• Answer questions regarding ongoing claims

• Make decisions on claims in advisors' absence

• Assign claims appropriately using the skills matrix

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role

• Exceptional communication and service skills

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite

• Claims experience is a plus

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy atmosphere
