Use product knowledge and customer service skills as a Sales and Rental Associate supporting Stephenson’s customers. Listen carefully, respond quickly, and resolve issues.
This associate converts customer service into sales by explaining product features, benefits, safe operating techniques, and related accessories. You will match needs with rental products and solutions while supporting branch operations. The position requires customer communication, inventory control, and independent work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service and convert interactions into sales
- Match customer needs with Stephenson’s rental products
- Resolve customer issues fairly and consistently
- Maintain inventory control documents and branch email
- Follow product delivery and pickup procedures
- Two years of customer service or direct sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- G Class Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
