Customer Service Representative

Support holiday shoppers at the LCBO in Cambridge, Ontario, using POS systems and customer service skills in an on-site, part-time role.

As a fixed-term Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Store Manager at 350 Hespeler Road. Paid online training introduces wine, beer, cider, and spirits while strengthening customer service skills. The assignment runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026.

• Serve customers promptly and responsibly using the POS/Cash system
• Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Receive inventory and replenish stock throughout the store
• Face shelves and maintain a clean, organized, safe store

• Comfort supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
• Legal authorization to work in Canada with valid documentation
• At least 18 years old
• Friday availability from 5:00 p.m. until closing
• Weekend and holiday availability, including December 25, 26, and 31
