Elevate patient care in your role as a Dental Concierge at Anytime Dental in Kitchener, Ontario. Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while managing patient interactions and schedules.

We are expanding with a new clinic and seeking Dental Concierges to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the patient experience from the very first contact. You’ll engage with patients, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth clinic operations while supporting the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients in person, over the phone, and via email

• Coordinate patient schedules and optimize last-minute openings

• Manage inquiries, referrals, and external communication

• Explain treatment plans and insurance coverage clearly

• Handle billing processes and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in administration or customer service

• Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent patient communication skills

• Friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions
