Lead customer education initiatives at ATS as a Customer Training Specialist in Cambridge, Ontario.
Your role will empower customers through comprehensive training in advanced automation technologies.
You will analyze customer-specific training needs and create tailored programs that enhance their knowledge of equipment usage and safety. The role includes maintaining training databases, developing technical content, and coordinating training sessions both in-house and at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and define training requirements for customers
• Schedule and teach training classes effectively
• Develop training manuals and evaluation tools
• Observe and support trainees during practical sessions
• Report on training outcomes and contribute to service tasks
Requirements:
• Three-year college diploma in relevant engineering fields
• Minimum two years of experience with automation systems
• Proficiency in software tools and strong communication skills
• Experience in training or curriculum development is preferred
• Ability to uphold safety regulations in training contexts
