Cuso International is seeking passionate volunteers to support Ethiopia's vocational training sector. In this role, your background in education and training will help the Ministry institutionalize Competency-Based Training and align it with job market demands. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure training meets local and international standards

• Lead workshops on developing practical curricula

• Transition educational approaches to Competency-Based formats

• Incorporate digital literacy in training modules

• Establish comprehensive evaluation systems for certifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in vocational training or related field

• 5+ years in a leadership role within training

• Preferred Master’s degree

• Expertise in technology integration in training

• Strong understanding of effective vocational practices
